i believe the nearest oil location to the egr cooler is the valve covers. i would take the valve covers off and check the seals/gaskets. if they are in ok condition, reuse them. clean the surface of oil and dirt where the covers meet the head with a rag, and i like to apply a light coat of RTV...
its def in that diagram. look at the two hoses at the top. the one you want is the one going to the pump, 44348A. clicking on that number will bring up the part number.
btw the car in your sig is nice
that pipe that goes from the top of the valve covers to the port on the throttle body and intake infront of the turbo is the PCV system on these cars. like its already been said, either it is not working properly or something is cause blow by. do as poodle has suggested and perform a compresion...

^^^ i had the same problem. the nylon bushing in the throttle linkage wore out and allowed the plates the make up the linkage to slip over each other when trying to open the throttle.
my fix was to get a piece of solid copper wire,and make a ring for a new bushing. its was temporary as i dont...
look at the link that dumbo posted. in the picture you can see the nipple connects to the isc, then the throttle body, then to the water pipe. thats nipple>isc>tb>pipe.
many people in non-freezing temperatures bypass the isc and throttle body, going from the nipple to the water pipe.

ive never used one but from my understanding from others that have used it it that it sucks, err filters badly
i have an apexi filter. cant say i love it as i havent used any other
just something small for security and can take out and have fun shooting at targets once in a while. i was thinking 9mm also since it seems pretty common and will give me a chance to get acquainted with hand guns.
