No I didnt, the mechanic deffinetly messed up for not knowing the correct torque. So it overheated instantly?

If its going "Carp" every time you touch the CPS, its obvious that theres something wrong with the wiring. Check the wiring, check for brittle wires, and the connectors to and from the CPS. / I dont like Carp BTW.

I agree, those wheels dont fit the lines of the car at all. Some new rims and lowered a bit would looks way better.

Yep, you can do a vacuum leak test with a smoke machine. You can go get that done at a PepBoys near you. Theyll hook up the smoke machine to your vaccum lines and start injecting ii into your lines and if you have vacumm leaks youll see smoke start coming out.

LOL stock boost is around 6psi.
