You have to get Toyota gaskets, there is nothing else. Check with Jeff watson @ champion Toyota. That said, I have never seen a 1jz exhaust gasket leak, so maybe it just needs to be tightened. I have some used ones if you need something in a pinch.

What intercooler? Any race gas? That is about right for that setup on pump gas and only 16 psi. If I recall Jason's car was doing ~400 @ 17 psi on a similar turbo w/ a little 100 mixed in there. If you heat soak at all the computer is going to pull timing and take away about 10hp.

I've sold at least 30 of the steel lightweight flywheels, no complaints. SPEC also has a steel lightweight flywheel. It is a few bucks more, but a USA product, always a plus. The only thing about steel flywheels, is that they are not as light about aluminum.
