As noted 60 mA doesn't seem like enough to do anything bad. But you can leave that fuse out for now just to rule out the radio being the cause. Could be the battery has an internal issue.
As for the headlights, they are pretty complicated. You'll need to spend some time to figure out what is...
60 mA doesn't sound like enough to kill the battery. Any chance a courtesy light was left on, maybe in the hatch? A 50Ah battery should last a month with 60mA drain.
red wire plug into 20A max connector.
set dial to A= 20A
Read current. If 0000 then
red wire plug into mA jack.
change dial to 200m
(As noted above, be careful, you short the wire, turn the ignition on, or hit the starter and your unfused 20A connector will melt.)
Standard crappy class 4T bolts M10x1.25 should be good for 19 ft-lbs. I would take that and scale by the percentage of material missing from the drilled out passage. So if 40% was removed. then 0.6*19=11 ft-lbs.
The original were most likely zinc chromate (yellow/gold color with rainbow hues). Its toxic, and carcinogenic, so the industry no longer uses it. These days everything is zinc plated, usually with some surface hardeners.
Suprasport sold the Jr for $1525 in 2010 when I bought this one. Install kit was another $200, and so was the elbow. I don't know how successful the Jr series was for Suprasport. I know a couple of people on here who have them, but I think the Sr line was more popular.
NIB Suprasport Boss Jr. 57 trim ball-bearing. I bought this when they made it clear this was going to be the last batch they planned to make. It also came in a 60-1 trim. For my goals, the 57 trim was what I needed. I also have the matching Lipp elbow.
I'm not a parts expert. But usually the last two digits of a Toyota part number are the revision number. So you probably just have a newer version of the correct part.
They have different part numbers. I don't know what the actual differences are. For the time being, you could bypass the fpr vsv. It is only used to help with hot starts. If you think it is blocked or bad, bypass it for now and retest your fuel pressures.
