Defiantly not the issue. But you do need to satisfy the Vf voltage in the stock ecu so the maftpro isnt trying to fight the stock computer. They need to work in harmony together.
Thoroughly study the links CyfI6 and I posted. Read them 2 or 3 times to soak everything up, lots of good stuff in...
I have this exact same issue.
Same setup also besides I have a walbro fuel pump.
From what I understand from reading scattered forum posts is when the mainscale is backed off it throws the stock computers Vf voltage out of wack. I THINK you correct this by what they call smoothing the Ve...
Did you get a USB-Serial cord that has a driver cd to install on your computer? A good quality cord is a must. I paid $50 for mine at an electronics store and it works well.
Although I am having troubles downloading/uploading bins in tunerpro when I try to emulate. Lack of info sucks!!
Just installed maftpro running SD into the car. Starts and runs fine, readings seem normal on sensor monitor. Now I'm wanting to tune from my laptop but I am having issues with downloading and uploading bins in Tunerpro.
Using version 4 Tunerpro RT and following tutorials I managed to get the...
I mostly noticed mine in reverse or in load/no load situations. Made some pretty terrible clunks too when the tires would grab traction after warming the tires in staging lanes.
And to clarify this it not the exhaust hitting the sub frame..
If your doing the LSD kit, you may as well get the solid pinion spacer kit to make it strong. After some abuse the stock crush sleeve fails and makes the the diff clunk, this is very bad for it.
Check your battery ground and maybe trying adding more grounds to the engine since 7M's are poorly grounded from factory.
Code 52 is a knock sensor code (wiring is broken or knock sensor itself is). To fix that replace the sensor if they do not pass resistance test or you will need to run new...
Finally got the car running tonight. Maftpro still isnt working so still looking into that. Lucked out bigtime and found someone local who was parting a car and got another AFM electronics, lex and K&N FIPK. He wanted $20 but I felt bad and gave him 40 which is still a steal of a deal!
Man have...
Yep codes are 24, 31, 32.
I tired messing with the main scale -25 to +25 at different increments and nothing changed.
Is it normal to have a code 24 (no intake temp sensor) with maftpro because I could see that being an issue. I know with stock AFMs if theres something wrong on the temp side...
These are the important values to make an airflow signal
I ran the car again and idled it with KS wire unhooked.
MP 40
VE 55
RPM 650
FO 40 <--- Not sure why it is so low compared to others? Ive seen around 75 at Idle.
