Looking for LIPP Turbo Elbow Specifications

It mounts directly to the turbine like the stock elbow. The difference is stock piece opening is the same size as the turbine, and does not account for the wastegate. The LIPP unit is open.

Where do you think the voltage comes from? Good luck.

    Evans Coolant - High temp

When I say burp I am talking about walking away while it is running so the air comes out. And no chance of spill over while over filling. Because I went looking for a gravy job from the dispatcher.

    Evans Coolant - High temp

That is a filling funnel, not a tool for bleeding. Perhaps you two are just speaking past each other. It burps on its own with the funnel.

    Evans Coolant - High temp

Better watch it. Myth producers don't like it when they are exposed. :biglaugh:

What Tems Shocks to get for my 87 Turbo

My current TEMS shocks, OEM through Toyota are KYB. If KYB says they do not have a TEMS compatible shock, then Toyota does not let them sell it under their own name as part of the manufacturing agreement.

    Blinker voltage drop

What is your battery voltage when this is going on? Have the car off and turned off the blinkers on and test. You should have a minimal drop. An overpriced but damn useful tool like the SPX OTC battery tester might say your 540 CCA battery is actually only good for 410 CCA these days. Which will...

    What changes at 2000-2500 rpm?

Ks signal is 30 Hz @ 700 rpm, 90 Hz @ 2500 rpm, 170 Hz @ 4000 rpm. It is worth checking against known good units. The numbers will be about 25% lower with the 1UZFE meter. As we all know.

    Aux fan holes in shroud

If you are not using the electrics, then the shroud needs to be altered as you suggest. Why remove the electrics? They also come on when coolant temps are too high.

    What changes at 2000-2500 rpm?

Turn your Fluke to Hz and see if you have repeating results at certain frequency. In one of the older manuals, it lists Hz for a short rpm range, maybe even to 2500. I will look and see. It lists it at no load only off the top of my head. edit: not idle, at no load and 3000 rpm

89 GTE Makes a fog horn noise

I am only answering for mine when asked if all of them do it. That sound file posted from supras.com does not happen with mine, which is an automatic trans. Bypass valves make noise when working. However, that noise is new to me. When air is compressed and released it makes noise.

    7mgte experiences

No composite gasket stands up to detonation. Then again, they are not supposed to hold up. The 58 lb/ft of torque on the head bolts might be less of a problem then the aluminum alloy problem Toyota has. IJ mentioned some years back having a head tested and it was just too soft. Aluminum block...

What did you do to your supra today? Pics

Maintenance. I installed the upper and lower ball joints. They were.....25 years old. The good part is, if you haven't had it done, this is a pretty easy job.

cutting out and backfiring at 2200rpm

Not in the video you posted. Is there more you can show? That is fluctuating right around 2000 RPM. 1800-2000 rpm, maybe 2100.

Distance between 7M and shock tower?

How do you expect to measure it? And whatever you do, don't plan ahead. Don't ask such an idiot question about how to measure. I was being polite, but you lack the capacity to know any better. Much like the capacity to use a tape measure.

Only 1 coil firing. No Injector Pulse

If you really have spark on cylinders 1 and 6, but no place else, and you don't have a wiring problem, then your PCM or igniter does not work right. Ignition data is sent by the PCM and it has just two wires, on and off. Data A is off, and Data B is on fires cylinder 1 and 6. That isn't in the...
