Here's the way it should be....
There is a ring terminal consisting of multiple ~16 gauge wires coming out of the engine wiring harness that grounds to the lower intake manifold. That's whre the ECU gets its ground from.
There is ALSO a ground coming off the negitive battery terminal...

The problem turned out to be the fuel pump and the 12 volt mod. I applied constant voltage to the Fuel Pump and it fixed the problem.
all the files are gone because I pulled 'em off my server.
and there are alot of people running vpc/eman with no ill...
