Close but no bannana. The corners don't go well with the corners of the bumper..now if it could be changed to match the contour of the bumper and tail-lights...maybe!
You say it's worth a lot though? what's it from? Trans Am? (I'm guessing that's what T/A means...)
EDIT - how the hell...
Yeah, you'd have to take those piston's out.
Any oil leaking that you can see? Another fairly common oil leak that you might forget is the distributor, or in your case the CPS or Cam Position Sensor. It's gear-driven by one of the cams, and as such has an o-ring oil seal that can dry up very...
I have no loop....my car's too old. :biglaugh: :nono:
That's some good info, thank you! I'll try that. I did feel comfortable with a new position I just tried and I think the front of the seat was lower! :)
Haha...possibly, but I doubt it. Seat full back I can't drive safely, too...
Thanks! Actually that's great because there's a silver turbo near me I've been eyeballing but it has icky-ish looking american racing rims or something. Either way...WANT.
I like those rims...not sure if they're my favorite but sure look good compared to a lot I've seen.
Anyone have a picture or see a supra with FR500 mustang rims? Other than that post with the black supra that looks like it's going to be pushed out of the way by a train. Those look a bit different, barely.

...seriously, a high end upgrade!
classic and rare?
On a pickup? somehow that sounds gross.
just thought this was a funny CL ad..that is all.
that's awesome!
Oddly I have been eyeballing a nice 1990 turbo (doubt it's a JZ but I guess it happens! haha) and looked at it the same day I found this thread. I might leave a note on the car if it doesn't move in the next few weeks, as it hasn't for a while and has cobwebs, light moss on the...
I believe that it's behind the little holes in the grille-like thing above the glovebox. There are some random slits that I imagine let air through to the sensor, though I don't know for sure. My glovebox is out already thankfully so I'll look soon. Thanks guys!
You think so?
Have you had any experience with chiropractors? I've heard many things, some of which describes a lot of useless and often harmful 'adjustments' which only make the problems worse, needing even more frequent visits...
I see and have already noticed the similarities between the supra and other cars, namely that Porsche, but did another company such as Porsche contribute to it's design?
Does anyone else have this problem?:icon_mad:
I'm about 6 feet tall, and 160ish lbs, for reference.
I adjust my driver's seat so often...almost weekly I imagine. More often than not I'm uncomfortable these days. I find that odd since all I hear about our seats is that they are comfortable...
So how is the climate control in the mkIV? Assuming it has this feature. I'm wondering if creature comforts are improved in the newer car.
My climate control needs a new head unit I think, it's not controlling correctly and only heats up or cools off if I change the temp to one extreme or the...
woah...I'm wondering how a panda would look with everything below the trim level black..., the rest white, except maybe the hood. that rear shot looks great.
As for the two-tone brown, I think I saved the pictures from that thread when it was for sale.... I want to buy one I've seen locally...
Haha...I think it would be a real bitch and very expensive to strip and repaint a ferrari...and sad after all of the work they do checking the paint and fit/finish of those cars in the factory.
I'd bet vinyl.
I DO have a magazine where they wrote an article about rattle can flat-black painting...
Sounds good, thanks :)
I'll give it a listen for servo movement, since my low fan speed is shot, and I can turn the system 'on' without the blower kicking on. I know there's a fix for that too but I haven't gotten around to it...
Thanks man, yeah thank you for selling me that, its great to have at least one other guy with a supra around ;)
Good luck on your engine, and yeah, Flip is just waiting on cams and bam...we should hit the streets. or the dirt...because my car has the ride height for it! bahahaha
BLAM.
These suckers are LOUD.
this was a happy accidental pano I was able to make, didn't plan to but it turned out nice.
If I posted this already I'm SORRY. I'm tired and don't remember.
I didn't bother calculating it out but yes, felt about that much :)
It's still running well! Better than it has... I'm sad I had to fix it that way but...I'm going to think about a new car soon anyway probably.
I took pictures of this though so I can share with the new owner should I sell...
