Tuned yesterday. Did well. Compressor was surging early on so we had to cut it off :( Unofficial top power was 806 @ 33psi, but to make it safer we cut it off at 31psi, making 788. Wastegate power is 573 @ 20-23 (boost creep'd) I will post pictures when I get internet back at home.

Are your pipes bead rolled? If so, are you positioning the clamps in the proper place to hold the couplers against the rolled beads? (The clamps have to be right next to the rolled bead, but not on top of it. Can be tricky to position properly, but it's worth the time and effort to get it...

Thread moved. OP: Please pay attention to where you're posting in the future. I have seen Dr. Tweak's work and its top notch (albeit on a 88 GTE harness), but you do have to be patient to get service. I would suggest trying to get in contact with them first.

Distributor caps and rotors ok? Sounds like carbon tracking to me? Could also be a lean condition- have seen that quite a bit recently. Check everything that touches your fuel system/computer signals to make sure you're not running into a bad wire/signal.
