I removed the power steering pump the other day and jw on what i need to do with the vaccume line that goes from the accordian hose to the power steering valve to the other side of the engine to under the intake manifold do i just need to cap both off?

I have an oil leak and it seems as its coming from my SS lines goin to my oil cooler, is there anyway to test my lines? and is it safe to run without the oil cooler?
