Its a 89 1jz 5 speed targa top originally a 7mge. :) with more than enough miles bought it about two months ago and so far the current mods are The 1jz HKS t3g twin turbos with ceramic coated manifold and y-pipe Apexi Power intake with mines adapter Driftmotion 1jz 9"x12"...

well what if it was like one of those gatorade bottles , lol j/k yea i thought so but just makin sure anyways ima plug up the holes in the adapter and give it a whirl and change the hoses and fittings when i can, we'll see how it goes, thanks for the help Edit- also what are those two...

if i remove the oil pressure sensor from the block do i have to plug up the existing hole or can i just leave it?

ok so i bought it and it finally got it in the mail, the quality of the oil cooler seems very good. The adapters, not so good, there are a few metal shavings still attached from production and the o-rings dont fit that well. Also, i have no idea what these small 2 holes on the adapter are for...

what relay are you taking about? where is acc, the fans are connected to an empty spot on the fuse box and im not sure if theres a noise dampener on or not thanks

yes it is, also wouldnt attaching the ign- on the tach to the ig- spot on the diag box work?

ok, so i go around to doing this and it worked great first time i tried it but as soon as the car warms up and the fan kicks in the tach starts to jiggle like crazy then dies soon after, any ideas?

what are the differences between the hot wire, pressure, flap and karman sensors, which is used in the 1jz and what do the sub menus for each sensor do? thanks

hmm maybe ill try it out an let you guys know how it is, yea i wasnt sure if the adapter that replaces the oil filter was interchangable between the 7m and 1jz or not

wait so let me get this staight, after you replace resistor you have to splice off of the ig wire and run it through the firewall onto the tach?
