I think it would be easier if you ca unbolt the mounts from the bottom and taise the engine abit. That brakcet will be easier to take off and replace.

Take the dimensions of your targa to them after painting it white. Then give them a sample of the rising sun you want to be cut into vinyl,and tell them how big it should be so it fits and covers the targa as you like. Any shop that can make Signs can do it. Any graphics shops as well.

Well not yet. Interior is defintiely better. Sunroof is defintiely better than Targa - This is my personal choice. I am naturally tan so I don't need any more sun than necessary lol. Paint, eventhough it is teal, definitely has no blemishes. I have some on my black one due to previous owners...
