Use a vacum hose that has thicker sidewalls. ( there are two kinds and I hate the one with thinner walls). I have had good luck with those.

its a little dirty, but it is also the real deal. already has mods done to it. Price is right compared to what a swapped one goes for.

26 - 28 would be a good gapping. Most run around 28. I've run on both plug gaps and never had any issues.

Alex, use the high heat paint from Autozone or Kragens. I boght mine at kragens and painted my whole exhaust with it. Just chip away and bubbled up rust areas. I think its like 1500*F paint.
