Maybe mimic was the wrong word to use. I should have asked that if your car didn't exist any more, who's car would remind you of yours the most.....
BTW, I can see your point, your car is one of a kind.
That's weird, you would have noticed that with the car running. It would have run like shit because you would have made any compression at all in that cyl....
You might be able to, but I doubt it. There are 3 or 4 screws underneath the weather seals that have to be removed in order to remove the rails, so I ended up destroying the weather seals to get to them. You'll probably suffer the same ordeal.
It doesn't have to be the same motor or color ect, but the same *theme* if you will.
For mine, I would say Grim's. It appears that he wants it to be incredibly clean with modest power, therefor I think his and my tastes are about the same....
Not sure if they will or not just yet, they had to get the value of the car first. When I talked to the agent today, he said they had a department that *might*, but no, not their standard auto line of insurance....
USAA told me that I have to have it appraised by one of their trusted companies or else it will only net the listed blue book value is wrecked. They gave me this company as a reference. They stopped by today at work and looked the Supra over and gave an initial value of $24,600 :sarcasm...
Check your coil pack wiring harness too. I had some of the same issues until I noticed that I had some exposed harness wires. Taped them up & it fixed my issues.
Damn Jay, I thought the 1.5 route was supposed to be an easy one. Your problems are starting to make me rethink going 1.5j since my 1j is running so good right now...
