Hot car, non working EGR, bad cat, or bad O2 as everyone suggested. I know a car running hot can cause higher NOx reading from what i was told. EGR is there to help. IOf your car is running lean will cause higher Nox as well.

its a bit more common outside of US. I know back home peopel put all kinds of musical things and light shows on their cars lol. Even those lights used during x-mas lol. When i go home I always try to take videos and pictures of shit like this..its a culture in its own lol.

Why I went with a 1.5JZ ? I had a 1JZ and loved it. I had a 2JZ in my car and loved it even more. Like Jay said, that extra .5 liters does provide that extra low end torque and is great for my style of driving. Mostly commuting in my car. I don't have to keep shuffling through gears everytime...

a few things can cause that. > Arcing coils > Not enough fuel delivery > Misaligned TPS > Bad coil plugs > Too large plug gaps > If it is doing during the evening hours when the air is cooler and denser, it may be needing more fuel
