/\/\ Is it a fraction of the price? 2Js are dirty cheap these days.
I see and I can respect that. Everyone has their likes and dislikes. As far as Nissan going V6 in the Zs, i could care less. If its a better powerplant than the previous one, more power to you. The VG30DETTs, VQ35s and now...
They are a little bit different. We alreay put the set back in the car. I forget why it was we reached that conclusion. I think it may have had to do with the the small oil hole passages in the piston compared to the stock
aw come on, 1UZs arent hard to do timing belts on. They might look daunting but are actually really really easy to.
I'm not trying to negative, but I never got the facination of the 1UZ swap. The UZ is sort of a sad excuse for a V8. Less power than most "high performance" 6 cylinders. All...
Supras CAN handle and there are several of us on here who have done it. Coilovers and big brakes are on the top of the list to begin with if you want it to actually be competitive handling-wise with more modern vehicles.
The spring and shock combo is fine for some weekend fun, but...
Nah, making new toe arms WOULDNT cost alot of time and money like I said. Its possible to take an overall measurement and then buy 4 simple SPL pieces, the inner and the outter parts that thread together in the middle and are adjustable and then you get the benefit of an inner heim joint instead...
IJs routing is the way any catch can on any car should go. If you have a 2 port can you want your oil lines going to 1 port and vacuum on the other, whether you have to lines into one of those ports depends on how you personally want to set it up. But if you have a 3 port then you can run...
Of course there are some, I cant think of any off the top of my head and whichever there are, are very few models. Now if you're talking about Honda for example and the little box on the back of the block, those arent actually catch cans. Nitpick much on a quick comment designed to not go into...
The accordian DOES see vacuum. He's saying it doesnt switch between vacuum and boost like the manifold would. You want something hooked up to the vacuum, but when the boost hits, thats when the valve shuts so you're not pushing boost into the can. So since the accordian ONLY sees vacuum and no...
The GATES RACING hoses which were the reinforced blue ones have been discontinued. I used to sell alot of them, then went to make an order awhile back and no more. I was like WTF!? They were like, not enough demand. I was like REally? Cuz i sold alot of them. Whatever, sucks
If you have some ps but no PPS, could be the pump not pumping right or perhaps some fluid bypass in the rack. Look up the pressure specs and test those out the make sure there are the right pressures in the system
