Hello,
I'm having a problem with my clutch.
I can't disengage the clutch when I press the pedal.
There is movement and I can see the disc move away from the flywheel, but the movement is not enough.
The slavecylinder is rebuilt. (just a few days ago)
The mastercylinder is brand new. Bought and...
Install 1ZZ-FE coils - Check!
Throttle linkage delete - Check!
I still need to run the wires for the coils but the are in place :) I was lucky with the IC-TB pipe, I have about 2-3mm clearence to the coils. I had really good luck with my IAT, it sits very nicely between a coil, IC-TB pipe...
Thank you for the pic :)
Did you remove that "close-slowly" damper from the throttle?
I found a throttle from another car that I have, a mazda 626 1990 (mine is turboed by me) and the throttle link wheel fits the supra throttle and I think I can use it with even less modification.
Albert, do you have any pics on how you modified the throttle? I dissembled the pulley trying to make it work, but I couldn't see it.
On your coil plates you have two mounting holes, but there are only 4 oil plugs, did you only use one mounting hole and cut off the other one?
What are your fuel lines made out of? If it's hardlines you need either steel or stainless steel. If it's hoses you need teflonhoses.
If you use rubber hoses anywhere you need to replace them on a regular basis.
Is your fuel rail stock or an aftermarket piece made out of aluminium? Have it...
Yes, they have a flexfuel sensor. The majority drive their car on gasoline instead due to hardware failure which is a result of using E85 without extra work.
Extra work = doing more than specified service and running on gasoline every now and then.
Show me some proof of a manufacturer...
Most FFV's does not run on E85 and those who do end up with troubles.
You do what you want with your cars but at least stop telling people that all they need to do is up the fuel system.
Yes they do. Look it up.
nevermind then, keep living in your dreamworld.
I've seen the results so I don't need to prove anything. At least here in Sweden, we do know what happens if you run an engine on E85 without protecting it.
But feel free to amuse me with your proof of that all you...
So how are your facts based on chemistry and thermodynamics when money is involved?
Money will make them say different stuff to make you buy their car.
Throw in factory fail from Volvo and SAAB (Oh! wait! GM owned SAAB during this period so that must mean that they use the same technology =>...
Those two lines do not work well together.
First of all which cars had E10 compatible fuel lines?
Late last summer we were supposed to get E10 and the car manufactures had lists available where one could see if their car was compatible. The earliest ones were usually from mid 90's and not...
