being nuclear certified just means that you can weld on parts that are used in nuclear power plants. yoru not around radiation. if you take a normal weld that would take 1 pass to set it in nice. for it to pass the nuclear standards, you would say run a bead, grind it down, run a bead, grind it...

i got myself a DD a few months back. it was just for a winter vehicle and to drive while i do my swap. i dont put many miles on in a week since i live close to work. but i still go almost a month between fillups lol. best $400 ever!

where did you all run your fuel press gauge? is it running off a pressure sending unit, or just a fuel line straight to the gauge?
