Right now, his car looks like it's sitting higher than stock. Who puts on coilovers to raise the car more than the stock height? With his tire setup, it appears that his rear tires won't clear the fenders.
255 won't be stretching on a 9" wheel. With 255 40s and +27 offset, he won't be...
Your rear tires are sticking out. Next time you buy rear tires, why don't you try 255s so that you could actually lower your car and get out of 4x5 status.

A front splitter would be a good enhancement; at the east, the factory engine under-tray should be installed.
I haven't seen any discussion of underbody air flow testing on our cars with a rear diffuser installed.
I'd rather get the smaller muffler rather than hack up the diffuser. Cut too much of the diffuser off, then it's no longer a diffuser; it becomes a piece of fiberglass hanging underneath the car.
About the rears, with regard to the offset that you'll need and inner clearance
you'll have to roll the fender and go with a really high offset for the widths that you want.
10", the offset should be around +50, then you'll have 51mm less clearance at the back of the wheel...
It could be mounted close to the rear bumper. You'll have to get a thinner muffler and mount it as high up as possible, then mount the diffuser as close to the gas tank as possible.
I already discussed this with ShineAutoProject. The prices are already set at the lowest, so there is no combo price for the 3 parts; however, you could save with combined shippping.
lip $250
rear add-ons: starting at $150. See the group buy...
