There's only one O2 sensor. For the loping, check your TPS (throttle position sensor) and make sure it is adjusted properly. It's a bit of a pain to fiddle with it and get it where it needs to be but worth doing. I want to say the BOV could be causing the loping when coming to a stop, but...

Trans cooler and shimming the accumulators should be done relatively soon. Once those are set, you'll be fine for your goals and have extremely quick shifts, plus you won't lose boost in between gears.
