Replacement coupler size?
you'll prolly need a 2.75" silicone coupler for the TB, you can make a 2.5 work with A LOT of work. I think thats right.. I believe that the stock turbo inlet is 3" or 2.75" as well.- hottscennessey

as far as my PCV I'm using this setup for a catchcan http://www.pbase.com/rsrock/oil_catch_can I'm thinking it might be the culprit.. along with the higher boost.- hottscennessey

hhmm could go either way... when i pull the dipstick there is a lot of blowby (doesnt blow it out on its own), but my turbo is less than a year old. I'll have to check the oil cap tho..- hottscennessey
