Fuel trim can only correct up to 20% and that's only because of the O2 sensor feedback. The computer will realize something is wrong when the AFM readings are normal (lexus and supra electronics are the same, difference is the housing) but the afr is wacky.

Upper control arms don't need to be cut, they can be pulled/yanked out. Lower ones are a bitch.
Is OP talking about the stock sleeves or the energy suspension sleeves?
Sleeves should be the right size...what size does the paper say they should be? Take some vernier calipers or something and measure the length of the sleeve, how long are they?
