Things to change while the motor is OUT of the car.

Change all your coolant hoses with new ones, either OEM, Gates brand or silicone. Check over the wiring harness, especially the CPS and knock sensor wires. Rewire if necessary. Please don't splice into it, de-pin the connectors, source new pins (search and then ask) and run a new length of wire...

best thing youve overheard about your supra

:icon_bigg That's awesome, reminded me of something similar. Took 3 friends down to a road on campus that is dedicated to sub shops, pita places, the like. Parked in a spot that just opened up, must have been a Friday or Saturday night, was actually pretty busy. We walk around trying to find...

The rear bolts are smaller. Part numbers can be found in the TSRM for the alignment bolts, nuts, washers and eccentric washers.

lex afm, apexi neo, 440 inj. will this work

Good to know, I'll take your word for it that the data existed. I can't prove with concrete evidence it is less than 25% because the only proof I have is Supracentral's post here: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39856 Of course, that is before the o2 sensor correction, so...

lex afm, apexi neo, 440 inj. will this work

Wrong. Fuel trim can only correct up to 20% and that's only because of the O2 sensor feedback. The computer will realize something is wrong when the AFM readings are normal (lexus and supra electronics are the same, difference is the housing) but the afr is wacky. I wouldn't do it and would...

Didnt put any fluid in Torque converter!

-Read mkiiichip's link. Do what it says. -Chances are, if you didn't fiddle with the linkage inside the transmission, it probably isn't the problem. If you fiddled with the linkage on the outside of the transmission (rebuild, pulled engine...yeah, you probably did) double check it. Assuming you...

    energy suspension bushing

Upper control arms don't need to be cut, they can be pulled/yanked out. Lower ones are a bitch. Is OP talking about the stock sleeves or the energy suspension sleeves?

    energy suspension bushing

Sleeves should be the right size...what size does the paper say they should be? Take some vernier calipers or something and measure the length of the sleeve, how long are they?
