    Turbo Oil Line Nuts... WTF!?

I've put on and taken off the nuts many times now and have never had this much of a problem. I just use 1/4 sockets and extensions :dunno: Maybe I'm a contortionist and didn't know it... But I think everyone is missing the obvious here, If you didn't find out that there is no oil PSI and there...

Is it OK to submerge and clean injectors in a parts cleaner?

It only cost me $120, that includes shipping both ways, to have mine done by Witchunter. It is cheap insurance. But, if you want to clean the injectors yourself I would suggest making a rig that pumps the cleaner threw the injector while you cycle it open and closed. I did this to a set and...

    Jimi's build update

I got another part in that I "ordered". First off I've been doing business with SUPRASPORT for some time now and have had nothing but good results. This order...well..not terrible, but defiantly slacking. Sunday I ordered the "Beech 7m Billet Alternator Relocation Bracket" and also added the...

    removing tems

Just unplug the actuators, remove actuators, and hide/tuck the wires away. The only way to fully remove the system is to replace the shocks or go with coilovers, and trace wires back throughout the car and remove. Big waste of time to trace all the wires back. IIRC you will have to pull off...

Poly bushings in street car driven regularly?

I have poly bushings on my BMW, and they do squeak, but like Fuzz said it only happens at very slow speeds. And I've been running them for about 3 years with no problems, daily driven.

Ben's 7M Lipp Boss Jr Build

Very nice so far! I'm leaning toward the Jr myself, probably the 57. Does anyone know what psi the actuator is?

Had injectors cleaned, but have a question

I'm not really worried to much, I'm sure they are clean. They ran fine before I pulled them, just wanted to have them cleaned and tested to be sure. I just don't know how accurate that data is...

Had injectors cleaned, but have a question

This is a cut and paste from my build thread: Alright, I got my injectors back today from WitchHunter Performance. They look brand new! Lets hope the work like new... I am confused about one thing on the detailed printout they sent. It shows the injectors resistance @ 14. I tested the...

    Dead Battery

It's not that it's deep cycle, it's that it's a gel cell that needs the different type of charging. Different chemistries can't be charged all the same. Like lithiums and NiMHs need to be charged differently (you will make a bomb out of a lithium on a NiMH charger) I found this out after my...

    Dead Battery

By chance have you ever charged the battery with a normal automotive battery charger? The optima batteries need a special type charger that can charge "AGM, gel cell". This is different from "regular" and "deep cycle" found on most chargers. They also do NOT like to be trickle charged. (Mine...

    Overheating Question

Not being an ass, just making sure, did you install the T-stat with the spring facing the engine or toward the radiator?
