Best head gasket: cometic vs hks , etc

NO. i would not buy from that company. This is an extremly broad question! All relative to your power goals. If you going for say around 300-400 horses, and want a more forgiving head gasket, get a cometic. Even though cometics are known to hold much much more! The HKS/Greddy head...

    7M-GE Intake?

Very nice Matt, i like the GTE intake manifold on the NA. You dont have ACIS though right? And i heard the NA flows betterr. Its definatly more clean looking! Sounds like my NA used to!

    valve stem seals

Haha, i was thinking about tackling this a while ago, but i jsut pulled the head and resurfaced with a new headgasket. From what i heard, its a little annoying doing w/ the head on. But if you jsut put the engine back together (head on) i wouldn't wanna take it off either! Good Luck!

    Motor swap advice needed! 7mge

what's wrong with the original motor? Blown head gasket? IMO it would be much safer and easier to change the head gasklet than engine!

GTE engine's are usually around 1200 after shippign and everything. You still buying an engine in an "unknown" condition. If you have around 1000, you can easily change the head gasket to a cometic and run ARP headstuds. ANd still have enoug hfor the gte electronics and everything. 600 is...
