I run the AEM TRU Boost Gauge/Controller and it works perfectly for me. I'm running a 1JZ with single turbo pushing 400 RWHP and 347 RWTQ.

    JZ coils and standalone EMS's

Zazzn, are you saying that it's safe to run a DLI so long as the coil pack stems have been wrapped with heat shrink? BTW, I run 2 layers of 1" heat shrink on my coil pack stems.

Got the intake manifold piece that is next to the head removed and cleaned up (god that thing was dirty) as well as putting on my cooling gasket :D I also installed my brake calipers all but the back left since I still have to repair the e-brake assembly, although the back left caliper is...

    My first car!

Ouch, Theresa on the war path. My first car, 2003 Chevy Cavalier 5-speed coupe. Good car, I miss it. Although I still laugh that my insurance company considered it a sports car.

I do have a standard battery in it. My step-dad who drag races with a 5.5 second 1/4 mile nitro dragster said it would be track legal.

Good welder that can come to me?

I need someone that can weld sheet metal (thin stuff, I'm talking paper thin) so that I can add 1/16" steel to it to reinforce it. They need to be good, and they need to be able to come to me. I live in Mount Vernon. This is for a little custom project of mine. LMK folks, I know there's got to...

My flushmounts and how I did it

Since I forgot to put up better pics of my lights as they look on the road, here you go. This was with 1 light btw. The passenger side light wasn't on. The flushmounts have been removed and I ground down part of the light bracket that I keep getting cut on. I also put on some JB Weld to...

    Project Clean 87

Put a 2nd coat of paint on the brakes, they look better. I'll let them dry for a couple days before I put them back on. The flushmounts have been removed and I ground down part of the light bracket that I keep getting cut on. I also put on some JB Weld to hold my light adjusters in place so...

Ways to check for a BHG?

Fixing a BHG will take atleast a day, especially if you've never done it before. Have you drained your oil? The last 2 cars I've drained the oil from that had BHG's water came out of the oil pan first, which is a dead give away for a BHG.
