I love at the 11 minute mark he goes from nice inviting cloudy blue skies to dark ominous clouds as he nears the finish. Evil...
So many amazing turns, that was a great video to start the day.
Very cool and quick dang. I'd love to find a decent mk2 somewhere close to me. I'll probably start looking for one in a year or so...hoping to be done with my engine part of my build by summer, but only time [and money] will tell. Can't wait to see her back to ship shape!
Thanks for your responses and advice. If anybody else can chime in about pricing, what their head work entailed and cost them...would be very helpful. The guy who did the work on my head is looking to possibly become a vendor. I'm just trying to help him out with some of the leg work as much...
Can you PM me where you purchased yours and what exact sizes you have...offsets and whatnot. I've been looking into these for some time and they seem to be a great alternative to $2k+ wheels when your looking for a nice large width to get some traction with high HP applications.
Thx. rm.
I was hoping to get some info to compare against pricing I've heard. Mainly a full exhaust/intake/valve porting for a high performance build with the minimum HP goal of 600hp.
Do many people in the community consider cylinder head porting as part of the high HP builds?
If anyone wants...
The "other" motor won't be ready for some time. It all depends on how much money I can shovel into it. Need to buy injectors and ecu ~ 1500 bucks, 6-800 bucks into rebuilding/readying the tranny for the higher output, 1600 for the turbo and intercooler. I have all the piping paid for to make...
Got the car back last week. When is the next meet? I'm running at like 75% with some compression and idle issues. I guess I could show up, my supra would look so ugly next to all those shiny new cars haha.
Getting the car back today with a new CT26 and hopefully all the oil pressure issues fixed...there were a lot of leaks.
If all is good to go, I'll show up on the 7th.
I'll try and make this one guys. Been having oil pressure issues lately but the ride will be at the "shop" while on vacation till the 2nd...hopefully its in better condition when I get back.
Stock tail lights, either pre or post 89 look better than that. I think they are just too thin and make the back end look "skinny." Agrees with the post's title.
To the OP, I suggest you do some reading on on this board and using the search function. People will not want to respond to you if your questions just spew from you head onto this site. There is a superior wealth of knowledge on this forum, searching is your friend!
