IMHO, on a turbo motor, whatever the port size is is what the primary tubes should be. N/A , juice, and s/c motors dont work on the same principle.

Not even close to bulletproof stock. Strong, yes. Bulletproof, not even close. BTW chevelles had the 250 L6 , 283, 327, 350, 396 (402 after 69 but still labeled 396), 427, and 454. 389 was a pontiac motor. :)

Heres the finished exhaust and wg dump tube.. Grant, i will probably be spinning her to 8400 or so. My bottom end consists of Pauter rods and Ross pistons. Only one way to find out how she holds up! :)

Put whatever you want, just do it right and dont hack it. A clean install will make or break the swap. Some have flamed me for the Chevy tranny and Ford 9" rear swap, but its all good. Its cool to be different.

Jon...i had the 15x8s with the 5.5 BS. With 28x9 slicks, they rubbed hard when it squatted. You *might* be ok with 26" tires.....btu its still close. 6"-6.5" would be perfect, but they dont offer it with that much BS like you said.....If you want a set of the 15x8 with 5.5 bs, ill sell you mine...

15" rims will fit on the rear. I had a set of 15x8 weld draglites on the back of the maroon car, so they do work. Unfortunately, the most backspacing you can get with the draglite is 5", and 6" woulda been perfect to tuck the 28" tire better so it wouldnt rub. A 26x10.5 ET street would probably...

Ill be there. I actually kinda hope we use the rain date since ill be cutting it close with getting the car done for the 11th. Oh well, either way ill be there.
