I put an exhaust on my n/a when she had rod knock. 2 weeks later i blew it up. I had knock for a year before this with zero problems and put about 30k miles on it. Thats what i get:3d_frown:
Ive beens smoking for atleast 10 years, and smoking a pack a day since ive been 18, im 25 now. I do plan on quitting in April when the state tax here kicks in and will push my brand over $5 a pack
Thats me, i can get 5 or 6 pounds, but its totally useless on street tires.Tires just go up in smoke. Also my turbo is much smaller than yours, i can free rev in neutral and make 1 or 2 pounds. You sir need some form of antilag/two step so u can build boost at launch
I dont know what mild gasket matching is, but bumping the timing slipped my mind. You can do that, if your running premium.:)
Razoe-Thats what i did.Already had the al. d/s, and i didnt want to rebuy another for the r154 so i just upgraded the flywheel and clutch.
Theres really not much you can do if your really planning on going turbo but only want a "lil extra" power for now. You have a 2.5" exhaust, you can do an intake. Now your out of "cheap/free" power mods, everything else is going to cost some $$$ whether it be nitrous, light weight...
Damn i missed this thread. Car looks great but you didnt need a paint job when i seen it a few years back. Can we get some high resolution pics?I believe i could use a new background :)
My speedo doesnt work ;), and mine is a 20 year old car with parts less than 1 year old ;);)
I didnt pay big money to not do some "spirited" driving on a closed course ;). I do understand your concerns :)
