you might want to unplug the harnesses for the gauge and pump.there is a plate in the hatch with three screws holding it down.you can get at the wires for it.you don't have to pull the filler neck.you can open up your gas lid door and take off the little plastic boot off under the cap.i'm doing...

you can use it.you just need to pull your bell housing from the a340.drive shaft is the same,as long as its out of the supra.
