last I checked you can pull the pin from the for and it drops free...or unbolt the pivot from the housing...I'm sorry it's been over a year sense I've seen the clutch fork in a r154...either way it can be done the way the op asked and the motor doesn't need to come out!

You can bolt the pp and did too the flywheel first yes....but it's very hard to get the trans lined up! Also this means that the clutch fork needs to go in last and it's held by a pin and "c" clip (major pain to do without very long needle nose pliers!

Also if you have a manual trans fill it with "redline mt-90" as it's one of very few oils that are the proper chemical make up for your syncros!

Enough oil for 4 oil changes
4 quarts of royal purple 0-30 for after break in is finished
Wic oil filter (or k&n)
Toyota red coolant
Flush break fluid with all new...

I've read that cleaning an afm is bad....but what about ultrasonic cleaning? Would it be ok to ultrasonic clean a wire harness? I have something in the works right now and don't have time too bullshit trial and error anything...

There isn't much info on 1g supras here in the states but the 7mgte supras have different electronics than the 7mge...I have a feeling the same applies to the 1g....
