I've gone through literally 6 of the yellow ones. I used to use the rear sidemarker harness, and sort of wedge them between the taillights and the bulb holders to act as parking lights... once i got my turbo wing, I replaced it with a white box (for the LED brake light), and it's been fine...

get a new (working) taillight failure box... fixes the problem 90% of the time...
