You are correct its only for auto tranys and is the cooler. It could be two things, if using toyota red any left over auto trans fluid could be fooling you into looking like coolant as it drips out. Or the radiator is also junk and is leaking into the bottom.

you can tune in second but to create more the load areas of the map 3rd is better. Not familiar with the TCCS but i always tuned to have it the in the 13s up until 5 psi
