Maybe its just me, but i cant see how putting 93 octane would effect your transmission. I would start checking other things.... Slave cylinder? Put it into third before going to reverse and see how it goes....

513 @ 20 PSI AND 590 @ 25 PSI

People have run them at 17PSI plus, but thats like flowing hot lava. I wouldnt go over 15psi unless i was already getting a new turbo.

Oil starvation? Does the turbo sound very loud when you rev the engine to around 2,000 RPMS?

THats absoulutly TERRIBLE. Crank pulley should be at your house tommarow or the day after, and everything associated with it.... Im not getting my hopes up though...
