having an e-fan suck out 22amps at full speed... uhh... thats not what i would call ideal.
your just looking for a nice 12'' fan... i used a single 10'' e-fan for cooling during the 100+ days on a non-turbo supra...
if your just moving the car then just unhook the wastegate arm from the turbo so you dont boost at all.
but what the pics i've seen, and the way dual port things tend to work... is if you want to run off of 'spring pressure' its the lower valve...

i would hate to see you botch a BHG job because you dont deck the block for another $60 because the mechanic/machinist said its 'ok'...
remember thats just 2mm from the head... you have to account for the block also.
and i have a 3mm on a relatively stock head and stock block (the measurements) and IJ is right about the bottom end being doughy... but i know i wont have detonation problems relating to boost right now.
took a quick look at the V3 for the s2k was 2,000.... vendors have a hard time just selling megans and other 900-1000 coilovers...
and if somebody on here was going to spend 2k on suspension they would go and talk to our expert on here first (i would hope)

i just found a shop that i knew of in that general area... if a shop has race/drag cars, they HAVE to have somebody who does alignments... so thats why i suggested jnz, or at least to call them.
but i would trust your place more as your the local specialist on suspension... and you use them...
my parents pay 140ish for an 18yr old with 2 points on his record...
and thats a 1990 turbo supra...
1997 eclipse gst (turbo) was about 127 with 2 points on my license..
make sure she has a good student discount and it should be around 100 a month or less...
