did you inspect your old turbo and find out the issue with it? My car does the same smokes on decel when in gear only

Dashpot should have a vacuum line (2inches long or so) and a filter on the end of the line. although im not sure it it would effect the car but i do not have the filter or vacuum line anymore it fell off i have been meaning to replace it
