CEL comes on but there's no codes stored... CEL coming on when you come to complete stop and turning off as soon as you start driving again is a problem i had when my TPS started going.. CODE 41

^^^ yeah there is alittle nipple on the Hotside (outlet) that sometimes keeps the bottom coupler from sealing right :) thing was a pain for me lol

I would look a Spark and AFM issues.. Sounds really similar to my current issue. But i know mine is definitely spark and possibly AFM related

what spark plugs are you using and what gap? and how much boost? on what size turbo?

If you used the afm cleaner it could have runined your afm. Do a search for build your own boost leak tester (DIY boost leak tester) Inspect coupler connected on hot side of turbo. Inspect all vaccum lines DO NOT INSTALL LEXUS AFM with stock injectors EVER!
