Just to update and if anyone has any symptoms like these, it was a cracked BVSV nipple. I tore everything apart from the emanage to the afm and that little sh*t was the problem.

What is the purpose of the BVSV? Is it just a vacuum hose housing to transfer vacuum from one line to the other? Its the one on the thermostat housing. Reason being is that one of the nipples broke off of it, can I just run the vacuum line from the throttlebody to the charcoal cannister directly...
