In 87 they changed the radio harness to match all other Toyota's harnesses, so pretty much anything from the same era and after will fit and plug in.
As for steering wheels, it'd be alot easier to swap in 90+ stalks and the wiring, and then get anything 90+ if you want your cruise to work...

The thing is (and I didn't want to admit it myself at first), it's just not worth it on a Supra. Swapping to a 7MGTE or going NA-T with 7MGTE electronics is just much easier, will yield more power and will last much longer than Supercharging..

mine was broken into, and the center console was ripped out and shit, but nothing was taken...
put the center console back, and fixed the window and you couldn't tell anything had happened..!

I told him if he ever decides to sell the car, to let me know so I can source another airbagged wheel and swap...
use some CT12's, get a TT manifold, and then put it all in a box and sell your Supra..!
jk. B. Greiger had a TT 7MGTE, it's not really worth it, as most high HP engines go single turbo anyway...
maybe if you can attach a few bolts to the bottom of the hood, and sort of have a pivoting lever, shaped like a baton that catches the bolt..?
