i have been running these on my car for about 8 months now and couldnt be happier with them. check the sig for mods but really cant say anything bad about them
its going to depend how bad the strip is really. your going to have to take the head out to a machine shop and have them retap it. also you are going to need to check to make sure that no slivers of AL got into the cycl where you stripped it. sucks man :( almost had that happen to me
where are you checkin for variances in the pressure for the bov? judging from your previous post you have it recirculated, i think? theres a little nipple on the back of the bov, wheres that hosde run to?
...u serious? i do that w/o any sort of extra help....might be running a bit rich between shifts ;) [sarcasm] get a bov that vents to the atmo and do a crappy job adjusting it. [sacrcasm off]
im not a hardcore wrench turner by any means but this was a fairly easy job. and yeas i did it with the intake manifold still attached. hardest part was actually cleaning everything up to where i thought it looked good before installing the new injectors. i got lucky and had my buddy soilder...
theres a bunch of people in h-town that have supras and are really cool guys. dallas is far....like 4 hrs+ depending on how fast you drive. its not all that close....jjust tossing that out there.. good luck man! maybe ill see if i can get a break and swing on down there to chill w./ ya
congrats man!!!! glad to see it all worked out well for ya. saw a white supra today on the road and thought bout your car and was wondering how it would turn out, glad to see they got what was coming to them.
