I had that problem, you are letting metered air out too quickly. Downshift, brake, and engine brake to about 1,200 rpms if you can, then clutch in. I bought a recirculating tip for my BOV, but I couldn't find a hose to fit it, so I just got used to downshifting and engine braking...

they aren't fogs though, more like parking lights, but if you get a bright enough LED, you can make them pretty nice.. even better if you get a yellow bulb...

Maybe, depends on your state. Nissan themselves got rid of it on the S14's and deemed it useless.. also, if you ever have the chance, remove the valve cover, and take off the timing chain guides before they break on you, another thing Nissan admitted was useless..

it depends on when the 89 was made if it's an early 89 like mine, the mounts are the same as a pre 89, if it's a later 89, all you'd need are the later mounts, nothing hard at all..

its self explanitory once you get the switch off, takes about 10 seconds, I've actually done it without removing anything before, while in the car.. did it once to a supra at the junk yard for the next lucky owner of the switch..

my friend's sileighty has a perfect dash, my 93 hatch however was cracked to hell.. very nice there are a few free mods you can do, rip out the resonator for the intake, tear out that ISC system (the little box putting air into the intake), peel off the tweed fabric on the front door panels...

If you're already w58 and you plan to stick with it after the swap like myself, then you can go for a CF/steel/aluminum drive shaft, lightened flywheel, and upgrade the clutch so you can get used to it. Then once you drop in your 7MGTE, you'll already be faster than stock folks..

what year is it? My girl's 86.5 distributor cap, and rotor was completely different from my 89 distributor and the connectors were different as well..
