Auto up window mod help

On here is the tech tips section and on SOGI there is a post showing how to make the window switch with the center peice broken off. The post says to cut a peice off off the switch to make it work an there are pictures showiing the price to cut off. But the pictures show up as little x's. So I don't know what to cut off. Does anyone know what to cut off?

Try to depress the window switch to go up.. It doesn't work, so with the switch assembly in your hand look under the "up" side and you'll notice a piece of plastic blocking the switch from being depressed.

Remove this.

its self explanitory once you get the switch off, takes about 10 seconds, I've actually done it without removing anything before, while in the car..

did it once to a supra at the junk yard for the next lucky owner of the switch..
