Sounds to me like the diaphram in your wastegate is blown? Remember how my graph was doing the same thing? I figured out mine was a combination of: not enough gain on my boost controller, and too weak a WG spring for the boost I was trying to run. Another option is just a pre-turbo exhaust...

Thanks, I'm using siliconeintakes.com couplers. I'm crazy about their products (bending reducers and stuff), and they also have really good customer service. I used to blow a lot of couplers but I havn't had any issues with theirs yet, they're all holding up great.
