Ok... I know nothing about using an aristo harness, but why not run the 2jz off the 7m electronics? It's ALOT easier and allows you to keep your stock turbo stuff... I'm not sure if it's a major difference between the 2jzge and the 2jzgte, but it should be easy enough to swap the wiring over...

The 2jzge is the same across all XX-300 series lexus vehicles as well as the n/a Supra. The only differences will be minor, such as valve cover heights and the mid/rear sump oil pan. Beyond that, it's the same block, head, crank, pistons, rods, etc.... IE: I had a gs300 motor and sc300 motor...
