The install went really smoothly and was actually quite a bit easier than I had expected. I did not take pictures unfortunately (DOH!) but I still have the lexus pumpkin here with the LSD from the MK3 installed in it and I can take it apart and get pictures of anything someone would like to see...

The Pumpkins are not the same so you will need to swap the carriers. The lexus uses different mounting points on its pumpkin.

Lexus T2 torsen installed today and boy do I like it :). Few notes, it appears that the ring and pinions are EXACTLY the same between the two pumpkins (is300 and mk3), and I could not find a single difference. I still used the MK3 ring and pinion since I knew that it did not make any odd...

Just installed my Lexus IS300 T2 torsen today and it is AWESOME. So much better than the LSD imo, even when it worked great when I bought the car. Now the car is fully prepared for my April 18th track day.
