Maybe try welding something to it to give you more to yank on/twist to pull it out. I would also heat the line after welding something to it as that should aid removal. I would feel bad doing this to my car but I can only imagine what the rest of the car is like after seeing this...good luck

im betting you have a vented blow off valve. This is normal if you do. Recirculate your BOV and it will go away. I run my car vented though and do have stalling issues but very rarely.

Yep, you can buy a Chevy mechanical fuel pump cover from Summit etc. if you choose to get rid of the j tube too as it is the same exact size. I did this on my car.

My car would fuel cut between 10 and 15 psi (this was with a full 3-3.5" straight turbo back exhaust) depending on temperature when it was on the stock turbo, so 11 psi without leaks could definitely be causing FC.
