Why wouldn't you? Its the same as any (stock/arp) new bolts or studs for the rods or mains. The old ones are stretched from time and torque. You put new bolts or studs in without cutting the caps back to true round and you risk ovaling them. Do it once, do it right, right? Figured its better to...
