A resitor in the Translator Pro has to be clipped. (R7 IIRC.) I'm having this same problem, but I get my rpm indicated, it cranks up, and then dies.. I have not had time lately to screw with the car.

So, your intercooler is a restriction... Get two cheap 4" ebay ones, and then stack them with both fittings on the same side, or you could modify the end tanks.. or just get an intercooler from a large Semi Truck.. They flow plenty.. you might have to cut the semi truck one down slightly...

Does some USB equipment have it's own operating program included with it? (So, when you plug it in, it adds the software you need to run it?) I know my USB mouse/keyboard is that way. You just plug it in, add the device if you need to, and it's good to go. (No program disk needed.)
