Hard to understand what you are asking but i'd have the outer tie rods checked. Also check the rubber steering rack mounts and steering shaft for a worn out joint.

Its supposed to be black. There is a layer of black rubbery stuff that often flakes off. Just repaint it or find some trim that still has the black on it.
My throttle body was binding up on itself because the shaft it swivels on wore out. To check it first take the linkage off and see how much play there is.
