I'd like to reduce the weight from 3364 w/full tank and spare tire; to 3100 Lbs w/full tank and spare. If at all possible, attaining that weight with full interior and sound deadening. Any suggestions?

    Heel Toe??

I do it all the time with the stock pedals. I have size 13 shoes... U tube has videos that I watched to learn initially, then went out to drive. I use the brakes, blip the throttle, while down shifting. Now I wear out brake pads before the clutch disc!

Two items: first the rear toe was not a problem at the track Saturday. No excessive wear was noticed and the temps across the tread was a little more than ten degrees. Also, tire pressures were set at forty psi and they gained eight psi with use, so I took out two psi for the second run. I had...

O.K. I feel that all the total toe that was dialed in on the rear (1/8 inch), will cause excessive tire wear...

I had the camber set to -2.5 degrees front and -1.25 degrees back, dialed in to the Supra this evening. I had the caster increased to 8 degrees left and 8.5 degrees right side with 1/16inch toe in on the front and 1/8 inch on rear. The caster increase helped decrease the twitchiness the previous...

Centralia Meet and Greet Saturday May 4th

Thank you all for another great meet and greet. Two things for me to remember: all your names and when I'm leaving to make sure I have the hood on my Supra secured. I didn't and it popped up, scared the s**t out of me.:nono:

Hi Kenny, Yes, they know... They even have instructions on where and how to grind the hub, that is made available to the purchaser in PDF. If you're interested, I can email the file to U. Beside that, it went together very well, the mechanic was able to save the dust shields using this kit.

At VIP Performance, beside the installation of the BBK, they also installed brake cooling ducts thru the Fog light openings to the openings on the dust shields. Here are some close ups of the BBK: I had opportunity to go out and drive the new set up... It is a BIG improvement. Now the car...

    PS delete

PS free since 2010 and loving it. I recirc the extra fluid through a flex hydraulic hose that uses the original fittings to the steering pinion gear housing. I was after more feel through the steering wheel. I have it! Only down side... parallel parking on a busy street. Forget it!

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

These Drag wheels DR38 (17x9-38), fit very well w/o fender rolling, pulling, nor do they rub the fender under a hard turn. They required I reset the wheel stops to account for the greater width than stock wheels. They are shod with 255, 40 series, BFG g-force, Sport Comp2.

It took three hours and two mechanics working on it, but the BBK from Revolution Brake has been installed. I added a brake cooling duct kit, so that did add another 30 minutes to the upgrade. I'll have pictures tomorrow. The brakes are a vast improvement to the stock brakes, with better...
