I have had a pair of Kumho tires before, (previous car) though not the ones SC advertised. They were the Ecsta Supras. (They came with the wheels) I didn't like them because it was virtually impossible to get any traction in wet weather, and wore out after only 10k-13k miles...
Just bought a set of Toyo Proxes4 tires. The tire guy said siping is the way to go for better stopping and acceleration. Does it make a big difference? Is it worth the extra money? Are there any cons to slicing your tires up?
Are you sure it's JDM yo? Does it have an EGR setup?
The most common problems with the 7M are the head gasket. Toyota under torqued the head at the factory. Something like only 55ft/lbs. And supras tend to leak everything. Stay on top of your maintenance and you should be fine. Buy a TSRM...
I am assuming since you are now a turbo, you switched your ecu, to a turbo ecu. Code 32 for a turbo is different than that of an NA. Check your HAC sensor. Hell, check to see if it is even plugged in.
Follow the vacuum line from the boost sensor(?). (located on the driver's side next to the fender.) Follow it towards the firewall. It tees of in a couple places under the manifold, and then up closer to the firewall. Odds are, one of the hoses slipped off.
